FAQ

  • How do I request access to my current charge, cash, tax exempt, or pre-paid accounts?
  • Simply visit Request Access and fill out your account information. If you do not know your customer code that is ok we will find your account based on the other information you entered.You can put any combination of information into the customer code field.
  • When will my order be delivered or ready for Pickup?
  • We will notify you by calling or emailing you when your order is ready for pickup. We will work with you to schedule safe delivery to your jobs or homes.
  • I have a large project are there discounts available?
  • Yes, If you have your list ready in your cart simply choose quote during checkout. A customer service representative will update your quote with the best pricing we offer. If you do not have your list, call one of our stores and a sales person will gladly help you.
  • Does Woodson Lumber do take-offs?
  • Yes, some of our sales team can do a take-off for you. Contact one of our locations and they can get you directed to those associates.
  • Can I pay my charge account online and can I pay my charge account by credit card?
  • Currently you can only pay your account using your banking information online. This is for the security of your credit card and to uphold the terms of your credit account. If you would like to pay your bill online visit Pay My Bill . Pay by card is only available for in person payments at one of our stores and for charges that are not past due under the terms of your credit agreement.
  • How do I change my branch to place an order?
  • You can change your branch under Settings at the top of your screen on desktop or in the menu on mobile. You can also change your branch during checkout when you are entering your delivery and invoice addresses. As always if you have any issues any Woodson Lumber representative should be able to assist you.
